A cream floral tulle with black spotted flocking. With a slight stretch, this tulle is lightweight and extremely fine, but lacks the starch nature of tulle, giving it a softer feel and better drape. It is ideal for veils, bridesmaids and as an accompaniment to a dress. Available in a variety of colours and patterns.
