Black Fabric

Dating as far back as the Paleolithic period, black fabric was the first colour fabric ever used. For the ancient Egyptians, black had positive connotations, and in the Roman Empire black was the colour of mourning. Nowadays, black fabric is the 'go to' colour for that all important LBD (Little Black Dress) and probably the most widely sold colour for garments, ever!
