UK delivery costs £5.95. All orders will be sent with DHL or a courier of our choice and will require a signature or receipt. Your goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days FROM day of dispatch. We aim to get your parcels delivered to you within the time stated on our website however at times there may be delays which are beyond our control caused by our approved third parties and suppliers. For your convenience, you will be notified by email letting you know the whereabouts of your order.
UK customers can track their parcels at https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk by entering the parcel number which will be made aware to you when your order is dispatched.
No orders will be dispatched on UK bank holidays and weekends.

Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt if in a perfect re-saleable condition, unfortunately, this does not include any fabrics & trimmings as these have been cut to your individual specification (exceptions apply). This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Distance Selling) 2014.
On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price plus delivery charges (if appropriate) within 14 days.
To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage you to purchase 0.25cm of your desired fabric/trim before ordering it in a specified length. This small sample of the fabric will give a true representation of the colour, texture, pattern, weight and handle of a fabric/trim.

We also offer European and International delivery. For international deliveries, we allocate a courier which we believe will deliver your order to you most efficiently depending on your destination. You will be notified by email of the progress of your shipment by the courier or transit company.
