Your goods will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days FROM day of dispatch. We aim to get your parcels delivered to you within the time stated on our website however at times there may be delays which are beyond our control caused by our approved third parties and suppliers. We reserve the right to charge a second shipment fee if the information you have provided on your order is not correct and we / or we or our courier company has been unable to get in touch with you to complete the initial shipment resulting in a returned order.
It is not possible to return or exchange fabrics or trimmings that have been ordered and cut to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights. All non-fabric/trimming goods from UK customers only may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt if in a perfect resaleable condition. On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost & will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price plus delivery charges (if appropriate) within 14 days. Unfortunately, as all fabrics & trimmings are cut to your individual specification, they cannot be returned (exceptions apply).
